The Bishops Team

Bishops Barristers & Solicitors emphasise personal relationships with its clients. Accurate legal advice is the highest priority at Bishops, but it's the people at Bishops who really make the difference. Our staff members have the drive to understand their clients’ needs, providing timely service and clear communication.
  • The people at Bishops believe that establishing effective working relationships requires accessibility when clients make an appointment or wish to consult by phone.
  • We "translate" legal jargon into everyday language so that it is understandable, user-friendly and informed. This allows us to communicate comprehensive advice so you understand your options and achieve the best possible outcome for your matter.
  • We provide value to our clients through innovation in our practice methods and personalised solutions tailored to clients and reasonable fee structures.
  • We provide up-to-date advice because our lawyers and conveyancers are involved in key industry and professional associations, keeping ourselves up to date with commercial and legislative developments relevant to client matters.
  • In developing relationships with clients, Bishops staff listen, advise and work closely with their clients to understand their needs.
  • Bishops’ ability to provide clients with legal, commercial and strategic solutions is built on experience and the desire to understand the context of their matters.
